• Products are only available in Taiwan. They are not available in outlying islands such as Kinmen, Matsu, Penghu, and overseas areas. If you have a large purchase demand, please contact 3dotsmeow@gmail.com


• Shipping: Some products are free of charge. Products of other brands are subject to website settings.


• Shipping days

Home delivery: The parcel will be dispatched within 4 working days after the order is placed (excluding weekends and national holidays). The actual delivery time may vary slightly depending on the logistics delivery schedule or traffic conditions during delivery, so the delivery time is subject to the actual delivery. If the parcel is not picked up twice, it will be returned to our company.


• Invoice receipt matters

This website does not require a unified invoice, and the receipt will be included with the shipment of the goods.


•About returns and exchanges

Return and Exchange Standards: In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and other relevant laws and regulations, Taiwan provides the right of a "7-day appreciation period". Please note that the appreciation period is not a trial period. If you receive the product and find anything unsatisfactory after inspection, please do not open it and use it, and immediately return it according to the return and exchange regulations. If the product you purchased is a food product, please do not open the package. Once the package is opened and the food in it is exposed to air, we will refuse to return or exchange it.
If you want to return or exchange goods, please contact us at 3dotsmeow@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the goods and provide the purchase order number for return or exchange. Otherwise, we will not accept the return or exchange. We will inform you of the address and method for subsequent return or exchange when you write to us.

Please return the returned product to the address we provide within 7 days after notification of return or exchange, otherwise no return or exchange service will be provided. The returned product must be in new condition and keep the packaging, accessories, gifts, sets, receipts, and all other attached materials intact. Please pack the returned product properly in the original packaging carton used for delivery. If the original carton is lost, please use another carton to cover the original packaging of the product. Do not directly stick paper or write words on the original packaging.
When processing returns and exchanges, in addition to defective products, if the product has the following conditions, it may be deemed that the necessary degree of inspection has been exceeded, which will affect the exercise of the right to return or require the payment of damage costs:
Unpacked (i.e. all packaging except for the packaging used for shipping, including but not limited to the bottle cap, seal, film and other packaging parts that come into contact with the contents of the product). If the product you purchased is a food product, please do not open the packaging. Once the packaging is opened and the food inside is exposed to air, we have the right to refuse the return.
It is no longer in brand new condition (there should be no scratches, damage, moisture, etc. on the exterior).
The product does not have complete packaging (product, accessories, original box, protective bag, accessory box, styrofoam, accompanying documents, gifts, etc.).
There are stains or marks that cannot be removed.

• Defective products are defined as products that are damaged or missing parts.


• Refund Method

After receiving the returned product and receipt, the company will complete the refund within 10 working days (excluding weekends and national holidays) after confirming that the product is correct.
The refunded amount will be a full refund of the fees you paid, and no handling fees will be deducted.
Depending on the processing procedures of different banks, it takes about 10-15 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays in Taiwan) to complete the refund. The refund may be listed on the bill of this month or next month. You can contact your credit card company/bank for details.


• Other matters needing attention: If a member returns a large number of products after placing an order, it will cause operational difficulties and we may refuse to trade with the member or permanently cancel his membership, depending on the circumstances.


• Three Point Cat reserves the right to modify and suspend the above promotional activities.
